Setting up Salesforce Campaigns to be added to ctoken mapping for US PIF

When you need new ctoken mapping placeholders added to the code for the US PIF / Get Started webform (for mapping non-Freedom Trial campaigns to Freedom Trial campaigns):

  • Create placeholder campaigns in Salesforce - example:
    • Campaign name: Placeholder 80
      • Type: Other
      • Region: US
      • Status: Planned
      • Start Date: the current date
    • Campaign name: Placeholder Freedom 80
      • Type: Freedom Trial
      • Region: US
      • Status: Planned
      • Start Date: the current date
  • Add placeholder campaigns to DTC > Freedom CTOKEN Mapping
    • CTOKEN - original: 18-digit campaign ID for the non-Freedom Trial campaign name
    • Campaign Name - original: non-Freedom Trial campaign name
    • CTOKEN - Freedom Trial type: 18-digit campaign ID for the Freedom Trial campaign name
    • Campaign Name - Freedom Trial type: Freedom Trial campaign name
    • Created: add current date after NEW
  • Notify the Drupal dev team that you have added new ctoken mappings so they can include the code update in their next sprint
