To fill your Pod with insulin, you will need to use a fill syringe. In this video tutorial, we will show you how to correctly fill a syringe with U-100 rapid-acting insulin. The packaging should indicate the recommended daily dose of insulin. If you are uncertain about the prescribed rate, please consult your healthcare provider.

After 3 days (72 hours) of use, you will need to remove your Omnipod GO Pod. To ensure proper removal, refer to the instructional video which outlines the necessary steps to remove the Pod. Once you have removed and discarded the Pod, promptly begin using a new Pod.
