Insulet provided Glooko® is a data management platform that provides clear, actionable insights for enhanced treatment decisions. Insulet provided Glooko reports are designed to quickly identify trends and provide insights for personalized care.
With Glooko, you and your patients have access to all of their diabetes information in one easy-to-use platform. Glooko allows your patients to review diabetes patterns on a smartphone or personal computer, understand the cause-and-effect relationships of their activities on blood glucose and easily share diabetes data with you, their diabetes healthcare professional.
Encourage your patients to set up a Glooko account enabling them to upload the data from their PDM/Controller.
Quick Tips for Setting up a Glooko® account
Set up Glooko
Follow these four simple steps:
1. Patient logs into their online Omnipod account at www.omnipod.com, using their Omnipod ID
2. Go to the My Account tab and then select Account linking from the drop down menu. Then click “Account Linking”
3. Select “sign up” or “log in” with Glooko
4. Follow steps to complete the process to link the account. When complete, status will update to “Linked” and data will automatically upload into their personal Glooko account*.
*Must be connected to WiFi or cellular data, and Omnipod 5 users must have WiFi or cellular data access to receive updates in Glooko.
SHARE Omnipod data with you, their healthcare provider
Follow these five simple steps:
1. Patient logs into their Glooko account at my.glooko.com
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu (top right on the home screen)
3. Scroll down to Account and select “+ Add New Code”
4. Select “Continue”
5. Enter ProConnect Code then select “Submit”
Using the Glooko Mobile
Patients have the choice to use the Glooko mobile app or the online Glooko platform my.glooko.com
