First Time Setup
In this video, you will learn how to set up the Omnipod 5 iPhone App for the first time. Before you can use the Omnipod 5 iPhone App, you’ll need to sign into the Insulet-provided Controller to confirm that your healthcare provider has prescribed the use of the Omnipod 5 System.
You will also need your initial pump therapy settings when you go through First Time Setup. If you are new to Omnipod 5, your healthcare provider will determine settings that are right for you. If you are a current Omnipod 5 user switching to a new device, you can watch this video for guidance on how to find your current settings. Do not calculate settings on your own.
