Instructions below on how to use PodPals™.
PodPals can be ordered via an EZYPAY Direct Debit request order form - once off payment of $24.20 for a pack of ten. Failed Payment Fees apply (Per failed transaction) : $16.39
Payments will appear as EZYPAY on your financial statement.
By signing and/or providing us with a valid instruction in respect to your Debit Request, you confirm that:
You agree to Insulet Australia Pty Limited's Terms and Conditions; and
You are authorized to operate the nominated bank or card account; and
You agree to Ezypay's Terms and Conditions and authorize Ezypay Pty Limited (ABN: 42003340734) to debit or charge via the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) using the APCA User ID Number 518073 to debit your bank account or credit card details entered above.
