Your device is supported throughout your five-year limited warranty with replacements when required.  However, a replacement does not reset the warranty. 

When you received your initial Omnipod system through our Switch or Cut the Cord program, it took over the remaining warranty from your previously purchased insulin pump. By renewing, you receive access to another five-year limited warranty ensuring your primary device is covered should it require replacement. 

Insulet can only provide commercial information once regulatory approval has been received from Health Canada.  For those who are interested, we will work to help you access future Omnipod technology once it is available.* By renewing, you are ensuring that your primary device is covered and secured under warranty in the event of a malfunction that requires replacement.

There is no integrated functionality with BGMs or CGMs. Omnipod DASH allows the User to manually input their Blood Glucose (BG) reading from any BGM or CGM device of their choice. 

By renewing, your primary device will be covered under a new 5-year limited warranty in the event of a malfunction that requires replacement. In addition, you will be eligible for value added services such as our Travel Loaner program and one-time courtesy PDM replacement.
