Unlike traditional tubed pumps, it’s a discreet, wearable, and waterproof* system that delivers insulin without the inconvenience of tubes. A small Pod provides up to 3 days (72 hours) of continuous insulin delivery, so you can move freely, wear what you want, and avoid tangled tubes, and disconnections. With Omnipod, you gain a simplified diabetes management solution, so you can focus more on the things you love.

When you switch from your in-warranty tubed pump, you can select one of the Omnipod systems:
Switch to Omnipod 5 for $1,599 and receive an Omnipod 5 Controller.

Switch to Omnipod DASH for $950 and receive an Omnipod DASH Personal Diabetes Manager (PDM).
System highlights:
- Zero Basal Rate for people requiring low insulin delivery
- Fractional Insulin to Carb Ratios (0.1g/U) for insulin-sensitive people
- Hands-on control
- Various presets to establish favourites, tag your activities, and personalize insulin delivery based on your daily routine
Additional Eligibility Criteria:
You must be within warranty on your current pump and have a minimum of six (6) months remaining on your current warranty at the time of order.
Pods are not included and must be purchased separately. Program eligibility may vary based on availability of provincial and/or private coverage for Omnipod 5 or Omnipod DASH.

Terms and Conditions
• This program (the "Program") is available to Medtronic, Tandem, and Ypsomed insulin pump users only.
• The Program is not available to Medtronic, Tandem and Ypsomed insulin pump users who are within their 90-day pump trial period or who have less than 6 months remaining on their current pump warranty period.
• The cost of the Omnipod 5 Automated Insulin Delivery System through the Program is $1,599 CAD and the cost of the Omnipod DASH Insulin Management System is $950 CAD.
• Through the Program, an eligible participant may switch to the Omnipod 5 or Omnipod DASH by paying a designated amount, as indicated herein. The Program allows a participant to purchase the Omnipod 5 Controller or Omnipod DASH PDM. Pods are not included as part of this offer and Participant must purchase them separately. Participant will have to complete appropriate training and obtain the necessary authorization from their healthcare provider before starting to use the Omnipod 5 or Omnipod DASH.
• Insulet Canada Corporation will not charge any provincial program for the cost of the Controller or PDM and you agree not to seek provincial program reimbursement for the Controller or PDM received through this offer.
• The initial and ongoing cost of Pods is separate and NOT included in any part of this program. There are various payment options available for the purchase of Pods. Please call 1-855-POD-INFO (1-855-763-4636) option 3, for additional Pod purchase information.
•The limited warranty period for the Controller or PDM will match the remainder of your current in-warranty existing insulin pump, not to exceed 5 years from your date of order of the Controller or PDM from Insulet Canada Corporation or its distributors.
• The cost of the Controller or PDM and Pods are subject to standard pricing and cannot be combined with any other offers.
• The Program may not be combined with other offers provided by Insulet Corporation.
• Omnipod 5 and Omnipod DASH cannot be returned for a refund.
• Participant is responsible for contacting their insurance provider to verify reimbursement for the program fee and ongoing cost of Pods.
• This program does not include the acquisition of a compatible CGM system. A compatible CGM system is required to use the Omnipod 5 System in automated mode.
• The Program expires on December 31, 2026.
• Program eligibility may vary based on availability of provincial and/or private reimbursement. The terms and conditions of this Program may also be subject to, and modified by, public program requirements.
•Insulet Canada Corporation reserves the right to change, amend or rescind this Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. Other restrictions may apply.
*The Pod has an IP28 rating for up to 7.6 metres (25 feet) for up to 60 minutes. The Omnipod 5 Controller and Omnipod DASH PDM are not waterproof. Please consult sensor manufacturer user guide for sensor waterproof rating.
