Transitioning your patients to a new insulin management system can sometimes be a big decision. If you have patients who are suitable for Omnipod, but not ready for Omnipod 5, consider getting them started on Omnipod DASH in the meantime. 

Starting a patient on Omnipod DASH now allows them to become familiar with the Pod and Personal Diabetes Manager (PDM), making transitioning to Omnipod 5 in the future easier.

Our Omnipod Innovation Pathway will provide your patients with access to the newest Omnipod technology.^§ This program allows in-warranty patients the freedom to switch to new Omnipod technology once it becomes available in their province.^†

If your patient is travelling outside of Canada, they are eligible for a back-up PDM through our Travel Loaner Program. Full terms and conditions are available by contacting our Customer Care Team at 1-855-POD-INFO (1-855-763-4636). 

Users of Omnipod Insulin Management System or Omnipod DASH are eligible for one replacement PDM during the in-warranty period if lost, stolen, or damaged outside of warranty conditions.
